Advantages of Evacuated Solar Tubes

We currently sell two types of units: a Solar Collector (tankless) and a
Compact Solar Water Heater.

	Solar Collector This unit is tankless and comes in 10, 20, or 30 tubes. This type of unit is better than conventional solar collectors because both the angle and direction is not critical. The fluid in the evacuated tubes are freeze tested up to 50 below zero. Each tube can heat 2 to 2.5 gallons of water. Units can be connected in series to heat more water. 	Compact Solar Water Heater This is a "Compact Solar Water Heater" which has the collector with 24 tubes and 50 gallon stainless steel tank in one unit. It does not require a pump for circulation unless you want to use it during the winter. This unit can be put on the patio or ground eliminating the need to open the roof and expose the attic to potential water problems. Roof installation is acceptable, but additional supports are suggested due to the weight (over 500 pound on 6 pads) of the system when operating. The unit is easily plumbed with pex tubing, eliminating the need to sweat copper pipes. Price: $1,250.00 Details
